Malcolm is a Physical Activity Specialist for Epsom Cardiac Rehab at
Epsom General Hospital and the director of MOVTIME® Ltd, a private
personal training and group fitness business. Malcolm's private client
base spans a vast professional demographic from celebrities,
producers, directors and home executives based in the North, West
and South West of London. His approach to exercise and
'lifestyle changes' with his clients are on a ‘need-meets-needs’ basis
relevant to their aspirations and realistic goals.
Creatively fusing, or using each discipline as a stand alone, Malcolm
uses bodyweight, traditional resistance, kettlebell, suspension,
high-intensity interval training (HIIT), boxing and dance training
approaches to keep his clients enthusiastic and excited about their
exercise journey with him. Malcolm also offers Phase IV Cardiac Rehab
for patients discharging from their Phase III programmes within the
cardiac rehab clinic setting.
Besides instructing danceFITT, barreFITT and groupFITT classes in various London gyms as well as for MOVTIME®, Malcolm's expertise are often contracted in by 'The Healthy Holiday Company' who conduct fitness and wellbeing retreats in Europe under their fitscape.co.uk and in:spa.co.uk brands.
Previously, Malcolm had a lucrative entertainment career spanning 18 years in the entertainment industry as a dancer and musical theatre actor/singer travelling to all parts of the globe. A love of scuba diving drew him into becoming a qualified N.A.U.I scuba dive instructor.
At 49 years old, and with all his career choices to date involving a broad to thorough understanding of the human body, its aesthetics and potential for good form, he aims to have you feeling energized, inspired and possibly exhausted, but always wanting more.
Lara Carr Bunting
Lara is a registered REPs level 4 personal trainer and group fitness
instructor. She is passionate about healthy living and inspiring others to
achieve their fitness goals. With a wide range of exercise approaches
including suspension training, HIIT, barreFITT, boxing and kettlebells,
Lara motivates her clients with progressive training techniques helping
them to incorporate physical activity into their busy lives.
Lara believes that good fitness will help you live a stronger, healthier and
happier life. Her background has been a lifetime in understanding the
human body best applied for desired bio-mechanics and the principles
of body conditioning required to achieve this end.
She studied dance at the leading performing arts university in South
Africa before embarking on a career as a contemporary dancer with a
nationally acclaimed dance company.
Lara has travelled the world as a dancer for leading cruise lines and
performed in international tours of West End musicals. She is accredited
by IDTA, UDA and AIDT to teach modern, hip-hop and tap dance.
Lara teaches groupFITT, danceFITT and barreFITT classes at various
venues across London.
